In 2024 we celebrated out 30th season growing bedding plants, certified organic vegetables & fruits. At the height of each season, we employ over twenty-five full and part time workers. Our farm has forty-five acres of land in cultivation, twenty-five of which are in veggies & small fruit production in rotation with cover crops & straw. Our Produce Stand is the main sales outlet for our locally grown produce & plants, along with our various CSA programs.

When we first bought the property in 1994, the barn was on its last legs and the soil in the surrounding fields was completely depleted. That first year we spent filling our one greenhouse full of plants for spring sales. We focused on enriching one acre of land as much and as quickly as possible and rebuilding the barn into a Produce Stand from the ground up.
Thanks to lots of generous neighbors who didn't know us newcomers to well, we had the tools and equipment any carpenter or farmer would need for the job! A lot has changed since then, but our fortune of being in a great supportive community has stayed the same.

Over the next 30 years, we slowly expanded with the construction of 11 new greenhouses. We built our yellow display house and constructed three other barns. We currently lease 15 acres of cropland, north of the Produce Stand, and bought another piece of land with 30 tillable acres to the south, formerly the historic Galusha Farmstead. Our Produce Stand also expanded the selection of our own produce, but also offering many other items from local farmers and vendors!
